1. Aim and Objectives of the Organization: The District Resource Centre established to improve the teaching learning process of the teachers both fresh & Inservice. 2. Brief history and background for its establishment: The Govt. Secondary Training School has functioned w.e.f 1972 & it is upgraded to the District Resource Centre SONEPUR since 2008. 4.
