1. Objective/ Purpose of the Public Authority:
The sole objective of the Public Authority is to supply information to the people in time so that the people will not face any difficulties.
2. Mission of the Public Authority:
The Mission of the Public Authority is to achieve the goal for which the Act has been introduced by the Government.
3. Brief History of the Establishment:
The Establishment i.e. District Project Office, SSA, Bhadrak. It is a project functioning in the state under Odisha Primary Education Programme Authority (OPEPA) for the universalization of the Elementary Education. This was started functioning in Balasore District during the year 2002. The Collector, Bhadrak is appointed as the Chairman of this project for the respective District. This Establishment is now functioning at Upperbagurai (Near Jagulai Project UPS) Po.- Madhabnagar, Dist.- Bhadrak.
4. Main Activities of the Public Authority:
The main activity of the Public Authority is to provide qualitative Elementary Education to the children of age group 6-14. It aims to bridge social and gender gaps with the active participation of he community in all aspects. It also supplies all facilities to the children with special needs.
