1. Aim and objective of the Organization:
a. Monitoring and supervising the elementary level under Jagatsinghpur Education District i.e. Jagatsinghpur MPLTY, Jagatsinghpur Block, Balikuda Block, Biridi Block, & Naugaon Block.
b. To Make primary education free and compulsory.
c. To enhance professional capability of the teacher.
d. Jagatsinghpur Education District was formed in 1974 & entire Jagatsinghpur subdivision was its Jurisdiction and in 1989 it was divided and Tirtol Education District was formed.

5.Grievance Redressal Mechanism:
Grievance cell in functioning redressal of grievance of teachers and public in 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month.
