1. About the Organization:
This Division is looking after the works related to drinking water supply and sanitation of rural areas of the Koraput District. In case of drinking water system, this Division is executing rural piped water supply schemes and sinking of tube wells and sanitary wells in rural areas. The operation and maintenance is being done by the PRI. In case of sanitation programme the total sanitation campaign launched by Gol in collaboration with the state Govt. is being implementation under District Water Sanitation Mission under this Organization. Powers and Duties of its officers and employees are given below.
