1. Aims and Objectives of the Organization:
a) Save water.b) To provide safe drinking water to the rural people of Boudh District.
2. Brief history and Background for its Establishment:
Office of the Executive Engineer, RWS&S, Division, Boudh established since Boudh District.

Above all Executive Engineer is all-in -all both of Division and Sub-Division.
4. Allocation of Business and Duties to be performed:
Duties and business of RWS&S Division, Boudh has been distributed among the Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineers and among the Sub-ordinate staffs of Different Sections as noted under manual 2.
