1. Aims & Objectives of the Organization:
For Construction & maintenance of rural roads & building under the jurisdiction of this division.
2. Mission/ Vision:
Development of rural infrastructure.
3. Brief History & Back ground for its Establishment:
Rural development Department was created in March 1990 and this division was created on 17.10.2006.
4. Organization Chart:
Executive Engineer looks after the Rural Works Department works in Kendrapara District.
5. Duties to be performed to achieve the mission:
Timely allocations, execution and completion of the works by constant monitoring.
6. Details of services rendered:
New roads and bridges constructed Govt. buildings like Dispensary, Schools and other support staff Qtrs constructed.
7. Citizens Interaction:
As per the necessity priorities by local MP/ MLA/ Zillaparisad and formulate plan.
