1. Aim & objectives of the Public Authority: The Office of the ARCS, Bhadrak Circle, Bhadrak was established during the year 1970 Comprising of nine blocks namely Bhadrak, Dhamnagar, Bhandaripokhari, Bonth, Basudevpur, Tihidi, Chandbali, Khaira, and Simulia. 2. Mission & Vision: i) Social and economic upliftment of the people by establishing cooperative societies and other co-operative institutions.ii) Promoting thrift and self helpness among the members of the societies. 3. Details of service rendered: To provided agricultural loans to the needy members of the society, to hold elections of the committee of management of the societies, to supervise the work of the societies and to issue guidelines and instructions to them regarding their function as and when required. 4. Address of the Main Office: Asst. Registrar of cooperative Societies, Bhadrak Circle, BhadrakDist.- Bhadrak 5. Working Hours: Opening Hours: 10.00 A.M.Closing Hours: 5.00 P.M.
