The Office of ARCS Angul Circle , Angul was established during the year 1948 Comprising 5 nos. of blocks namely Angul, Banarpal, Chhendipada, Athamalik & Kishorenagar as its area of Operation.

To provided agricultural loans to the needy members of the society and also to create the habit of thrift and self helf ness among the members of the society. Issue guidelines and instruction to the Soceities as and when necessary.
