1) Brief History & Background of its Establishment:
The Office of the District Labour Office, Kendrapara came in to being on 1.4.1993 being upgraded from O/o- the Asst. Labour Office, Kendrapara.
2) Aims & Objectives of the Organization:
The aims & objectives of this office is to enforce the provisions of the labour laws in various industries and establishment in the districts and to maintain industrial peace in the district and to implement various labour welfare schemes.
3) Location of the Office:
Now the Office is functioning in a Private building on rent basis which is located in the Village- Gualsing, Po- Tinimuhani, Dist- Kendrapara.
4) Working Hours both for Office & Public:
The working hours of the Office from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. on all working days for both Office and Public.
