1) Mission/ Vision Statement of the Public Authority:
District Level National days like Republic Day, Independence day, Gandhi Jayanti, B.R. Ambedkar Jayanti are celebrated in this district in a befitting manner. At Kalinga Baliyatra, Paradeep a district level exhibition organized by D.I.P.R.O., Jagatsinghpur every year. In this Baliyatra Mahotsav we exhibit different developmental activities under taken by Govt. of Odisha through photographs. This festival observe for 7 days. Besides these, the D.I.P.R.O. collected different success stories on developmental activities under taken by different departments like M.G.N.R.E.G.S., Gopabandhu Gramin Yojana, IAY, Madhubabu Pension Yojana etc. from 8 (eight) blocks and 2 (two) municipalities of this district. The success stories are sent to I&PR dept. in regular interval. Success stories on Regional peripheral development under taken by different industries of this district. The industries like IFFCO, ESSAR Steel, PPL, IOCL, Deepak Fertilizer have spent for peripheral development of the district as well as for the state.
There is a Audio-Visual unit functioning in D.I.P.R.O. office, Jagatsinghpur. A technical post operator is here to arrange Public address system in different celebration programmes, V.I.Ps visit to district, district level review meeting at Sadbhabana Sabhagruha, Publicity of Law & Order situation, Flood & Relief, Health Camp, Phato electoral roll etc.
