The Odisha State Co-operative Handicraft Corporation Ltd. is an apex body of the state operating since 1959 with the objective for providing marketing support to facilitate growth of Handicrafts to industries or commercial basic in the State. The corporation has also has under taken promotional activities for development of handicraft and welfare of the Whole.

Odisha State Cooperative Handicraft Corporation Ltd. is operating through 12 (Twelve) outlet in name of "UTKALIKA" which in providing marketing support to the action SSI Units Primary Cooperative Society as wall as SSGS growing under this corporation.
