1. Aims and Objectives of the Organization:
The aim and objects of the Authority shall be to promote and secure the development of all or any of the area comprised in the development area concerned according to plan and for that purpose the Authority shall have power to acquire, hold manage and dispose of land and other property to execute works in connection with general amenities including coordinating developmental programme of related agencies as expedient for purposes of such development.
