1. Brief History of the Public Authority: The college was established in the year 1989 Chitrotpala (Junior) College of education & Technolgy, Utarkul the district of Jagtasingpur. It is a disciplined college in Rural area which has been functioning to achieve meticulously its goal. 2. Aim & Objectives of the Public Authority: The college aims at educating weaker section of the areas of uttarkul , Jagatsingpur it adjacent to its catching areas. 3. Strength of the Public Authority: The college has streams like +2 ( Arts ) and total student strength is 250.
