1. Brief History of the Public Authority:
The college was established in the year 1987. Chitrotpala Junior College, Akhua Odanga, Kendrapara.
2. Aim and Objectives of the Public Authority:
The main aim of the establishment of the college is to impart education to the rural background people so that they will be aware of the importance of Education for the development of the village.
3. Strength of the Public Authority:
The college has streams like+2 Arts & Science and total student strength is 384.
