1. Brief History of the Public Authority & Context of its Formation: Dhamarai Junior Mahavidyalaya was established in 1993, In 1993 the college was affiliated to Utkal University for old + 2Arts. The college organizes seminars, symposia, holds special feed back classes, conducts practical classes and half-yearly examinations, displays wall-magazine, News bulletins and other Co-curricular activities.There are 7 teaching staff & 6 non teaching staff in our college.
