1. The College Crest:
The College Banshidhar College, Kenaveta, Dist. Sundargarh was founded in the year 1994 and was affiliated C.H.S.E., Odisha in the year 1996 and the College was affiliated to it. The College was primarily under private management. In the beginning, the College was housed in a private building and later on, it was shifted to the its own building. Today the College is proud of having an independent building. The College take in all the interested applicants for admission into +2 1st yr. Arts & Science. The college have its number of seats 64 in Science & 128 in Arts. Now the sanctioned student strength of the College has gone up to 384.
2. Aim & Objective of the College:
The main objective of this institution is to disseminate knowledge to the students in different fields. Simultaneously this institution also aims at the overall development of the students; physical, mental and moral.
