1. Brief History of the Public Authority:
The College started as Palsama Science College, Palsama.Dist.Deogarh. (Odisha) from 2000- 2001 and now managed by the Local Committee as un-aided Degree College.
2. Main objective of the Public Authority:
The main objectives of this Institution are:
i) To promote quality learning and creativity among students and teachers. ii) To inculcate love for learning among the students. iii) To make the learners grow mentally, morally and physically fit to solve the human society. iv) Training the students to be creative and competitive to face the challenges of the new millennium. v) To cater the education need of backward region of our district. vi) To develop the student physical, mental spiritual sparse. Enabling them to find access into their spheres of interest enjoying equal opportunities.

4. Working Hours Both for Office & Public:
Working Hours: From 10.00 A.M. to 04.00 P.M.
