1) Brief History of the Public Authority:
The College started as Chichaiguda Mahavidyalaya, Chichaiguda, Kalahandi, Odisha, from the academic session 1992-93 and the College entitled to get 40% of the Block Grant as per the G.I.A. Order 2008.
2) Main objective of the Public Authority:
The main objective of the Public Authority:
(i) To improve the general education in this area.(ii) To create love for learning and impart quality education to the students.(iii) To make the learners creative and competitive to face the challenges of the new millennium.
