1) Brief History of the Public Authority:
The Long-felt need for higher Education to the poor bonafied student in the area and the idea for starting a college in this place was given a definite shape by the founder President of Governing Body Sri Prasanna Pattnaik, educationist, eminent political leader of Odisha, former M.L.A. Kamakhya Nagar in the year 1992. For building a developed country, it is duty of the Government to give higher education to the poorer section of the society. Our aim is to giving higher education to the poor students in minimum fees for bringing them in the mainstream of the nation building. "Prasanna Pattanaik, Founder President. The institution pledges gratitude to its founder Secretary Er. Rangadhar Nayak, Retd. Asst. Engineer whose untiring endeavour was responsible for the birth of the College and also pledges gratitude to the Secretary Sj. Bijaya Kumar Aich for his valuable suggestions for strengthening the College.
