1. Aim & Objectives of the Organization:

JITM Junior science college strives to take the students to their highest academic potential, generating in them self esteem, respect for themselves and for others, harmony and tolerance by providing students an atmosphere of discipline, caring and understanding by their committed faculty and staff.

i) To impart all round education
ii) To imbibe leadership quality amongst the students
iii) To train the young minds capable to face the challenges in life
iv) To mould character, inculcate discipline and spirit of unity amongst the students

2. History & Background of its Establishment:

The college was established in the year 2006 at Alluri Nagar, Paralakhemundi.

3. Functions & Duties:

This College has 7 departments. The works of H.O.D are under provision of principal for maintaining high profile Teaching Methodology.
The key to the success of our students is:-
i) Healthy and congenial atmosphere of the college.
ii) Good relationship between the teacher and the taught.
iii) The nobel teaching concept of share and care.
iv) Exposure of students to books.
v) Up-to-date athletic guidance.

4. Working Hours both for office & public:

The Normal Working hours of the colleges is 9.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M.
