1. Aim & Objectives of the Organisation:
The genesis of Aul College, Aul is the time blending of unflinching effort and noble desire of some leading intellectuals of the locality for the creation and dissemination of value based education in this rural area thereby bringing social change and development.
a) To facilitate quality education for the poor downtrodden and needy meritious students of this area.b) To bring Higher Education to the every doorstep of the people and to bridge rural-urban gap with strong determination.c) To create facilities of employment for the students.d) To instil a deep sense of social responsibilities by encouraging voluntary service.e) To strengthen traditional cultural values.
2. History & Background of its Establishment:
The college was established in the year 1975 at Aul.
3. Functions & Duties:
The college having thirty- nine faculty members and forty-five non-teaching staff possess the commitment for the all-round development of the institution. The college is affiliated to CHSE, Odisha and Utkal University, Bhubaneswar to provide education at +2 Arts/ Science/ Commerce stage and +3 Arts/ Science/Commerce at degree level with Honours in Economics, Education, Political Science, English, History, Oriya, Sociology and Mathematics.a) To create a healthy atmosphere in the campus.b) To establish age old noble concept of good relation between the teachers and the students.c) To acquaint the students with modern teaching methods.d) To help the students in their all-round developments.e) To instil the feeling of belongingness among the employees towards the institution.
4. Working Hours Both for Office & Public:
The normal working hours of the college is from 08.30 AM to 05 PM.
