1) Objective/ Purpose of the Public Authority: To serve the problem of public regarding secondary health care. 2) Mission/ Vision of the Public Authority: To provide health care facility to marginalize section of society and general people. 3) Brief History of Public Authority and Context of its Formation: The institution formed in 1958 to serve the people of Rourkela. 4) Duties of the Public Authority: To supervise the health care system of RGH Rourkela. 5) Main Activities and Functions: i. OPD careii. IPD careiii. Ambulance service 6) Exception of Public Authority from the Public for enhancing its effectiveness and efficiency: Full co-operation form public in providing health care/ services. 7) Arrangements and methods made for seeking public participation and contribution: i. Rogi Kalyan Samiti is there for participation of Public.ii. Various Public meeting is conducted for awareness. 8) Mechanism available for monitoring the Service Delivery and Public Grievance Resolution: i. Supervision by various officers.ii. CMO, RGH listen the public directly and indirectly by various Doctors/ staffs. 9) Working Hours of the Office: Morning hour of the office 10.00 A.M.Closing hour of the office 5.00 P.M. 10) Organization Chart:
