1. Aims and objectives of the organization:
i) To provide preventive and curative treatment to the people to make them disease free.ii) To aware the people and provide necessary support about health and family welfare services for population stabilization.iii) To take necessary intervention to eradicate communicable diseases from the society.
2. Mission/ Vision:
To improve the health status of the people.
3. Brief history and background for its establishment:
The Deogarh district has been formed in the year of 1994. Before that it was a sub-division of Sambalpur district and the existing health institution was a sub-divisional hospital and after the formation of the district, it was declared as head quarter hospital and the department/ organization is called as CDMO Office.

The office provides health services both preventive and curative to the people.
