1. Aims & Objectives of the Organization:
The Office of the Horticulturist, Sambalpur has been started functioning in the Year 4/3/1976.The main objective of this Organization are as follows:
a. To create more area under Horticultural Plantation, especially plantation of food crops and floriculture.b. To enhance Horticulture production, improve nutritional security and income support to farm house holds.c. To create opportunities for employment generation for skilled and unskilled persons.
